In mandatory collective management, ProLitteris licenses private uses in schools and organizations (CT 7 and CT 8) and other uses permitted by law (CT 5, CT 10, CT 13). In addition, voluntary collective management covers works of art (Art sector) and literary works in radio and TV broadcasts (Audio sector). Extended collective licenses are also available.
With a license from ProLitteris, you ensure that you or your organization comply with copyright (compliance). All royalties are transparent and governed by a tariff under supervision.
Internal uses in teaching and in professional activities. The applicable common tariffs are CT 7 and CT 8.
For artists whose rights ProLitteris manages, we can grant licenses for use in print, digital, or online media. The Art team is responsible and manages the Art tariff.
ProLitteris can license the use of large quantities of works, provided that the normal management of the works is not impaired. The offering of extended collective licenses is continuously expanded.
Copies of works in the inventory of a memory institution can be used legally if ProLitteris grants a license based on Common Tariff 13 (CT 13).
