As a company, ProLitteris connects business and culture. As a cooperative, we connect our members: authors, artists and other rights holders. Membership of the cooperative is open to holders of intellectual property who claim statutory royalties and have ProLitteris manage their copyrights.
The social welfare foundation of ProLitteris supports authors and artists in financially difficult circumstances. The benefits include retirement pensions in the case of long-term membership and emergency support. In addition, counseling by a social worker is possible.
Members of the cooperative have the right, in accordance with the articles of association of ProLitteris, to exercise their voting and election rights. In this way, you help to decide on the management, organization and future of ProLitteris.
Every year in June, ProLitteris presents the annual report and the financial statements for the previous year, elects the members of the supervisory board and amends the articles of association if necessary.
