ProLitteris implements the Swiss Copyright Act (CopA) together with partners. The collecting society sets tariffs and grants licenses. The tariffs are approved by the Federal Arbitration Commission for the Management of Copyrights and Related Rights (FAC). The Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI) supervises the executive management.
