The most important deadlines are:
- For rights holders: declaration of new printed works (Print distribution) and of new contributions on radio and television (Broadcast distribution) as well as of new exhibitions (Expo distribution) – on an ongoing basis, at the latest by the end of January. Data collection for the Online distribution is completed for publishing houses in March and for authors in May.
- For companies and organizations: the binding deadlines for copying levies are stated in the letter that you receive from ProLitteris. For other licenses, the deadlines and dates depend on the individual case.
- For rights holders who are also members of the cooperative: the General Meeting is usually held on the last Saturday in June, and for people of retirement age the deadline for submitting the last legally binding assessment of federal tax is at the end of the year, provided that you wish to claim an old-age pension.
Further deadlines apply to the submission of applications to the Cultural Fund Foundation and to other services.
