The copyright company ProLitteris connects business and culture. As the official collecting society for text and images, we represent ' rights, publishing rights and image rights in Switzerland and abroad. We ensure the collection of royalties from schools, companies, libraries, radio and TV broadcasters and the art market. We define and negotiate . The income is distributed in accordance with the rules to media and book publishing houses, authors, artists, photographers, illustrators and translators.

In addition to this varied position, you also ensure expert and efficient advice in the cross-team customer service. To this end, you work closely with the team management and with subject-matter experts in our company and have access to the executive management of ProLitteris at all times.

What you bring

  • Completed vocational training in commerce
  • At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience
  • A critical basic attitude and enjoyment of continuous improvements
  • Confident German language skills, both spoken and written, and basic knowledge of French and/or Italian
  • A team player, friendly and service-oriented in dealing with customers, 
  • An independent and precise way of working
  • Reliability, flexibility, resilience and the desire to develop further
