Reporting deadlines for the Print distribution and the Broadcast distribution

The main distribution, consisting of the Print, Online and Broadcast distributions, will take place next September. Authors must have taken care of declaring their printed works (Print) and their broadcast minutes (Broadcast) by the end of January. For Broadcast, do not forget to record all programs, contributions in programs and repeats separately in the reporting system. ProLitteris cannot do this for you.

You can access the reporting portal at oms.prolitteris.ch or via our website. For the two distributions Print and Broadcast, the reporting deadline is 31.01.2026.

Print distribution (reporting deadline 31.01.2026): Report works that have appeared in printed form in books or in newspapers/magazines and for which you are the author or the publishing house. Works that have already been reported do not need to be reported again.

Broadcast distribution (reporting deadline 31.01.2026): Report language and visual works broadcast on radio or TV in 2025. Audio and video on websites cannot be reported.

Online distribution: In contrast to the Print and Broadcast distributions, you do not report online works yourself. The publishing house is responsible for submitting the reports for the Online distribution. Texts and images that were published online are remunerated, provided that the publishing house uses the ProLitteris counting tags.

For the reports, authorship and the character of the work must be given. Not permitted are AI-generated products, content taken from other sources without your own individual contribution. ProLitteris can request evidence and carry out spot checks.

You can find all information on our distributions in the document «Info rights holders». Please observe the conditions for the individual distributions. A claim only arises if a royalty for a work in the main distribution in September can be calculated on the basis of correct data.
