These days, ProLitteris is carrying out the annual main distribution. It consists of the Print distribution for printed works (CHF 10.7 million), the Online distribution for works on the internet (CHF 6.4 million) and the new Broadcast distribution for literary works and images that were broadcast in a radio or television program (CHF 260,000). The increased Online distribution for works on the internet (plus 30%) reduces the distribution amount of the Print distribution for printed works (minus 15%). The royalties come from mandatory collective management, from foreign collective management organizations and from extended collective licenses. In total, around CHF 17.3 million will be distributed to 11,833 rightsholders.
