In a written procedure, the General Meeting approved new articles of association. The shorter and clearer set of rules will enter into force on 01.01.2021. In a written vote, the members of ProLitteris approved the 2019 annual financial statements and annual report and elected Daniel Hammer as a new member of the board. ProLitteris recorded the result of the vote in the minutes of the General Meeting of 22.06.2020.
