Confirmed by courts: Organizations must pay copyright royalties to ProLitteris

Swiss courts have confirmed ProLitteris’ practice in copyright law in several rulings: The invoices according to tariff (CT 8 and 9) are correct. They are based on the information provided by the businesses or on assessments by the collective management organization. If a business does not provide any information and does not respond to invoices, additional costs arise. ProLitteris repeatedly informs businesses of their obligations.
